In iPhone Settings, open Privacy & Security → Location Services → Camino Planner and allow location while using the app. The planner can still be used without location access.
Sign in to the Long Slow Travel account used for the route, then open Content and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

No. You can continue as a guest, use the free Sarria–Santiago sample, and create offline schedules on your device. An account is needed when you want to buy a route, restore route access, or sync schedules.
Check that you are signed into both the Long Slow Travel account used for the purchase and the Apple Account that completed it. Open Content, refresh, then choose Restore Purchases. If it still does not appear, email support with the route name and any on-screen message. Never send your password or full purchase receipt.
Yes, once the route content has been installed. Your schedules are stored locally. Download and open the route before departure, then test it briefly in airplane mode while you still have a connection available.
Open the attribution control shown on a map in Camino Planner. Mapbox provides the telemetry preference there. You can also deny location access in iPhone Settings; the planner’s route information remains available without showing your live position.
In Camino Planner, open Account → Delete Account, enter your current password, and confirm the permanent deletion. This removes your server account, authentication token, synced schedules, profile, and route access associated with the account. Guest schedules stay on your device. App Store purchases remain with your Apple Account and may be restored after you create or sign in to an account again.

For accommodation details, use the correction action in the app when available; it prepares the identifying details for you. For a route or place, email support with the route, stage, place name, and the correction you recommend.
